Social that sounds like you, posted every week.

Strategy, content, and day-to-day management for businesses whose customers check the feed before they decide. We handle the calendar so it stops being the thing nobody has time for.

Your voice
Written from your brand voice, not a template — and approved before it goes out
A real calendar
You see the month ahead instead of wondering what posted yesterday
Owned accounts
Your profiles stay yours, with your access and your content library

Why it matters

Your feed is the second thing people check.

They find you in search, then they open your profile to see whether you're still open, still busy, and still worth the trip. A feed that stopped four months ago answers all three the wrong way.

Consistency is most of the work, and it's the part that falls apart first when the people running the business are also running the posts. That's the job we take off your plate.

What's included

Planned, produced, and answered.

Strategy & content calendar

A month planned in advance around your real seasons, promotions, and busy periods — reviewed with you before anything publishes.

Monthly calendar Approvals Seasonal planning

Content production

Photo and short-form video shot on a recurring cadence, plus graphics and captions written in your voice. Enough in the library that the feed never runs dry.

Community management

Comments, messages, and reviews answered promptly in your voice — the part most people skip, and where a surprising amount of business actually closes.

Reporting & what changes next

A monthly read on what people watched, saved, and clicked, and what we adjust because of it — built with professional reporting tools, not a screenshot of follower count.

Monthly report What worked Next month’s plan

Running ads alongside it? That is covered on the Paid Social Media page.

Platforms

We run the channels that earn their time. Not all of them.

Instagram

The visual home base for most brands — the profile people open to decide whether you look worth it.

Facebook

Events, promotions, local groups, and the audience still planning and booking there.

TikTok / Reels

Short-form discovery that puts you in front of people who were not looking for you yet.

LinkedIn

For B2B and ownership groups — where partners, investors, and hiring pools actually pay attention.

Google Business

Photos, posts, and review replies that feed straight into what people see in search.

YouTube

The long-form and walkthrough home for anything a customer wants to see before committing.

How it works

One approval a month, not one a day.

Step one

Audit & voice

We go through your accounts, your best-performing posts, and how you already talk — then write the voice down so every post matches it.

Step two

Build the plan

A calendar for the first month, mapped to your seasons and promotions, with the shoot list that supports it.

Step three

Produce & publish

We shoot, write, schedule, and publish — and answer what comes back. You approve the month, not every post.

Step four

Review & adjust

Monthly report, an honest read on what worked, and next month’s plan built on it.

A cadence you can sustain and we can keep good — usually three to five posts a week plus stories, adjusted by platform. Consistency matters more than volume, and a thin week of good posts beats a full week of filler.

Usually us. We shoot photo and video on a recurring visit, then write and design from that library. If you already have a team producing content, we can direct them and handle strategy, scheduling, and community management instead.

Yes. You see the month ahead and approve it in one pass. Time-sensitive posts and replies move faster than that, within rules we agree on up front.

Yes, in your voice, on a set response window. Anything that needs you — a complaint, a booking question only you can answer, a press request — gets escalated instead of guessed at.

That is the common case, and it is usually a content and cadence problem rather than an audience problem. The audit tells us which, and the first month is aimed at whichever it is.

Always. We work inside your profiles, never ours, and the content library is yours — including everything produced during the engagement.

Social platforms are pay-to-play. Building an audience takes both an organic and a paid strategy — posting with no advertising budget is not something we advise for a business with a small audience. If that is where you are, we will tell you what the budget needs to be before you spend a month wondering.

It depends on your industry and who you are trying to reach. We would rather run two channels well than six badly, so the audit picks the ones your audience actually uses and we leave the rest alone.

Every active client gets reporting on both website and social performance, built with professional reporting tools rather than the numbers each platform chooses to show you. Monthly, with a plain read on what it means.
